How much do you think a 'name change' is worth in the marketing and selling in the Ultra Luxury Real Estate Marketing Beverly Hills? This question was inspired by a vacant land listing, which has recently hit the market in the coveted 90210 zip code.
Just to give a little background here in Beverly Hills and vicinity, the Ultra Luxury Homes, as well as the Ultra Luxury vacant parcels of land, all have names. If you Google, their names, you will learn a great deal of their colorful histories as well as of their owners.

How well do you market your Open Houses? Well this one in Bel Air, CA was extreemly well marketed...
I have heard agents across the country grousing that Open Houses do not work. People do not show up and it is just a waste of time. I have often disagreed publicly that I am of the belief that it depends how well you market the Open House, how well you price the house and what your attitude towards Open Houses will determine your Success or Failure. Keeping clear location is important as well.

In my experience I have found that, often sellers want to know who their target market is buying their Vacant Land. This is not an easy question to answer. It depends on many variables.
 One of the primary indicators is, who is going to buy the land depends on where the land is located? If it is in a prime real estate area like Bel Air, Brentwood, Malibu and Beverly Hills the answer is relatively easy.
