My take is that this question is usually secondary, the primary concern is if you like the home and can you see yourself living in it? Where do I come off with this idea? People do not show up and it is just a waste of time. I have noticed that in my market, in Beverly Hills and vicinity there are some Mega Mansions which have recently sold and were listed north of $100 million dollars.
