Now drama and then more drama... we contacted at least 19 other Title Companies the same answer.  The good news is that we managed to find a reputable big name Title Company who was willing to insure the property, but they had special and extra requirements. It is the day before Thanksgiving and I thought it would be the quietest day in Real Estate and I was prepared to do a great deal of prepping for tomorrow’s dinner. Well it turned out I had quite a few calls, inquiries about my listings. I am not complaining, I am grateful that I could do some last-minute shopping for the Olympics of Cooking: Thanksgiving.
