There was a time not that far back, when Venice was perceived as “not somewhere you would want to call home”. Times have changed. I have not heard comments like that in years!
 
Venice has about three or four hip cool and trendy pockets that I could think of the top of my head. The price points are also now very Luxurious tooJ well you check it out and tell me what you think!

In October of 2010 I have written a Blog post about this wonderful Coffee Destination Place. It is not just a coffee shop http://actvra.in/ML5 it is a place to see and be seen. Quite frankly I just go for the great coffee. I have consistently bought the eight ounce Latte. Diane has had their cappuccino and she has raved about it. We went to: The Venice Meet Up on June 9th, 2012.

I received an e-mail blast this past Friday about the “Venice Meet Up” this is one of the coolest blocks, not just in the Greater Los Angeles Area, but in the entire country. Generally they hold these events on the first Friday of the month.
As many of us who work 5 to 7 days a week a week, generally Friday is not a good time to relax. Since this was planned for Saturday I figured we could take a couple hours off and check it out.
