Did you know that the Los Angeles Sanitation Agency has a 24-hour Customer Care Center? If you have broken trash bins or recycle bin, all you have to do is call the LA Sanitation Agency 24-hour Customer Care Center 1-800-773-2489 and provide your bin’s serial number which is located on the front of your bin. In turn they send out a bin delivery team to repair or replace the damaged containers at no extra charge. Diane & I seldom drink Chardonnay's we have been on a Savignon Blanc and Bordeaux kick for the past few years. We received this bottle as a gift, well when it comes to wine I am not into re-gifting:)) So with that said we opened it and drank the entire bottle. Having the correct tools makes life easier in any profession. This of course is very true in Real Estate. When we bought our home, we loved that there were three orange, one tangerine and one lemon tree in our back yard. Not wanting to sound uneducated, but I had no idea what it would take to take care and harvest the fruits. I noticed that the lemon tree had a great many fruits that were dried out, shriveled on the tree. So, with common sense, I took our Fireplace poker and started to knock them down. Bragging rights: Our lemons are huge! There used to be a saying that in Texas everything is bigger. Well in all fairness our lemons here in Westchester are huge! Not wanting to sound like a "Braggart", but honestly our lemons here in the 90045 zip code will match anyone's lemons size and juice wise as well. Well I am confident that the Grocery Stores even the high end ones can not match the size of our lemons. Delta Airlines has been controversial on many levels...the Atlanta Based Airline has started a $1.9 Billion dollar construction project at LAX (Los Angeles International Airport). Their plan is to tear down the buildings at Terminals 2 & 3 and build a new structure between the two terminals and add an above-ground connector between Terminal 3 and the Tom Bradley International Terminal.

Time for a Wiley Update from your Los Angeles Pet Friendly Realtor: Endre Barath, Jr. Needless to say today marks the one-week anniversary of Wiley joining the Household that already has two cats and a dog (in case you have not been keeping up). Anyway Diane and I decided that we will not let Wiley be an indoor – outdoor kitty facing the cruel elements of Los Angeles drivers, Coyotes in the neighborhood, nor where we going to have him face Racoons and other dangerous Wildlife. We were more stressed worrying if he could make the adjustment into our household than he was.

What time is it? It is Spring Time...well not quite but it is time to set the Clocks forward. Spring Forward an hour. What does it mean, well when you wake up it will still be dark... also it will take some time for your body to adjust to the unnecessary trauma it is put through. Times like this I wish we were like Arizona.... no drama no time change and life goes on and everyone is happy. What advice would you give to the buyer if you were in a Multiple Offer situation? Often times we are in a competitive situation and we need to help the buyer get the property. What do you say to the buyer? My answer is very simple to this question. I tell the buyer when they are in a multiple offer situation simply decided what is it worth to them to get the property.
