Williamson County Homes Sales for November 2011- What we are seeing here in a rapidly recovering real estate market with increasing sales and decreasing inventory. Williamson County homes sales increased 12 percent in November over the previous year with 201 closings compared to 179. The average sales price was almost the same as last year at $423,206 compared to $423,561, and the days on market was 94 compared to 104 last year.
