canyon ferry: Getting Creative Showing Lake Front Homes

I think it is important when showing houses in a market filled with such negativity to mix it up and step out of the box a little. Yesterday I was showing houses on Canyon Ferry and instead of going the traditional route, everyone load up in the car, drive down the dirt road, get out walk around the houses, then do the inside tour etc. I took my client kayaking. On rainy days I would usually recommend staying inside and watching your favorite movie (Sleepless IN Seattle for). However at Canyon Ferry during our warm months, there are endless possibilities. 1. Many of the camp grounds have great little gazebos, pack a lunch and watch the weather move through the Canyon. 2. Don't like outside very much, well on the East Shore of Canyon Ferry you have O'Malleys Pub, one of my favorite places to go when I am out and about at the lake. canyon ferry: Today at Canyon Ferry

Today I was out shooting photos of my current listing 4060 Sunset Ridge, which I will post later and if you haven't seen his home you are missing out. The owners have staged the property and it just hilights all of the amazing amentities that this home has. On my way to that photo shoot, I had to stop and let 2 turkeys cross the street, 4 deer were hanging out in the yard of the home, being from Hawaii and having this sort of wildlife just out and about is still really fun for me to see.
