The West Valley of Helena, Montana offers dramtic landscapes. From sprawling ranches, hillside homes, creekfront homes etc. We have hiking, biking, golf at Green Meadow Country Club and swimming and fishing at Spring Meadow Lake(more suited for kids, not for professional anglers). I think it is important when showing houses in a market filled with such negativity to mix it up and step out of the box a little. Yesterday I was showing houses on Canyon Ferry and instead of going the traditional route, everyone load up in the car, drive down the dirt road, get out walk around the houses, then do the inside tour etc. I took my client kayaking. We experienced the lake ( the true reason why they wanted lake front) We saw the houses from the water side first and choose the homes they wanted to see from … (1 comments)
