Real estate markets can be similar in nature at times. When a bubble builds, there is a positive frenzy from increased market valuations of homes, but this kind of economic upswing can't always be sustained. Why? Internet Buyers are getting more and more attention as Realtors realize that Internet Buyers are real. The buyers coming via the Internet are very serious. I hear fellow Realtors over and over again saying that their Internet leads are bad leads. I have to say to those comments (not Exactly).
