I have pondered and pondered this question on a daily basis. The expert is often a name I have never heard of before, providing Real Estate knowledge and expertise to a trusting public. The public should beware of the Real estate reports provided via the paper and other news media outlets. We often read the paper, wondering "Where did they get this stuff from?". Often times, when you look that expert up in your local board stats, guess what you discover. The expert hasn't sold a home in sometimes 5 yrs, 10yrs or never! What an expert!
