After a good deal of effort and couple of periods of burn-out along the way, I have reached the 400,000 point mark on Active Rain.
I have learned a lot from the Active Rain community over the past couple of years and appreciate the comments and support from AR friends.
Still plenty to learn and put into practice. I can't tell you how many blog posts I have bookmarked for future reference -- but oh, the life of a Real Estate Agent. Never enough hours in the day!

Why I'd Love to Meet Fellow Realtor® and AR Ambassador Joni Staples There are a number of fun 'contests' underway in the Active Rain community. One such 'contest' has asked us to identify one (or more) AR members that we would like to meet in person. There are so many interesting people on AR who I am getting to know through their blogs -- but the first person who came to mind is AR Ambassador Joni Staples.

Question for Metro Phoenix Active Rainers -- Is the Market Weakening? Hi, Metro Phoenix Active Rainers... Curious as to what you are seeing, anecdotally, regardng the foot traffic at your listings, etc. One of the interesting things about being a Real Estate agent is that you can sometimes get leading indicators for shifts in the economy. A couple of data points, from my perspective: (1) I recently picked up three different re-sale listings (far North Phoenix, East Scottsdale and far East Mesa -- so three very different parts of town). Foot traffic has been almost non-existent -- and not just at the Thanksgiving Day Holiday. Several (6 comments)
