I get asked almost on a daily basis is right now still a good time to buy real estate. Yes! It absolutely is still a great time. Inflation has gone up 20%+ in the past 3 years. That means you are actually losing money if it's sitting in the bank making 6% or less interest (which it is probably less than that). The media is definitely playing a game of sleight of hand with the American people. Since 1944 the US dollar has been the world reserve currency for trade. In recent days and because of current administration policies, we have started to see a change in our monetary policy and the world is starting to take notice.
