Livonia, MI Market Report comparing November 2010 & 2011 There were 77 homes sold in November 2010 vs 85 sold in November 2011 Average sold price was $113,994 in 2010 and $122,031 in 2011 Highest sold in 2010 was $335,000 vs $330,795 in 2011 Lowest sold was $14,100 in 2010 and $17,500 in 2011 Average days on market in 2010 was 93. The Livonia Police are outstanding. The schools system is one of the best in the state. I've never really heard anyone complain about the schools. Bigg Burger hamburger shop in Livonia, MI There's a new(er) hamburger shop in town. It's called Bigg Burger, and I stopped there today to see what all the talk is about! They're located at 19055 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI 48152. Just south of 7 Mile Rd. I ordered a regular single burger and small fries. The burger was great! They have a ton of FREE items that you can put on your burgers. On mine, I got dijon mustard, sprouts, grilled onions and mushrooms, tomatoes, green olives and fresh jalapeno's. How that sound? Offering two distinctive nines, Fox Creek will definitely challenge the game of all golfers. The front nine is 300+ yards longer than the back, but it's a little more open, which will help with errant shots. Lots of potholes. As frost leaves the ground, parts of the roads in Livonia, MI break apart creating potholes. There's "good news". There's now a Spring Pothole Hotline available. There ARE Options! Lately, I've had a few potential buyers tell me that they still can't afford to purchase a house. Which got me thinking... I wonder what the lowest priced house in the area is. First, let me define "area". I'm just going to us the city that I live in, Livonia, Michigan. I could certainly find a lower priced home, say, in the City of Detroit, but I'm just gonna use my city.
