From the end of November to early January, I find myself falling into the same trap as previous years.......focusing on non-dollar producing activities like shopping, football, and family time. One of my goals each year is to set up the holiday time with enough closings to allow for less hours worked. This year has been great, but the listings are not moving and many of my buyers have decided to wait until next year.
