I am attempting an Agent's Open House / Yard Sale next week! Everything is for sale, including furniture, appliances, pictures, books decorations, dishes, bedding, clothing and shoes and shoes and more shoes. The first of the yard sales is exclusive to Real Estate Agents, while they are browsing sale items, I will poll for home value opinions. FDI, Foreign Direct Investments in the state of Georgia dropped to 226.1 Million Dollars in the first half of 2009. This is a huge downturn over the same period of 2008 when the FDI, Foreign Direct Investments, was a whopping 1.143 BILLION Dollars. Since we are located right on the border of Georgia and Alabama and because many agents int he area are licensed in both states, I felt it important to pass on the news of the Alabama Real Estate License Law Amendment reagarding advertising. Advertising rules were based on "letter sizing", this rule was impractical to enforce because measuring became too complex an issue.
