The Sun River St George 55+ community real estate market increased slightly over the year before. Available inventory was down slightly and sales prices increased over last year this time. Sales prices increased 2.18% over last years figures in February, and the number of sales remained about the same. There were only 3 homes priced under $200,000 for sale. The Sun River St George 55+ community real estate market was down during the month of January 2015 probably due to the holidays. Available inventory was up slightly and sales prices also decreased over last year this time. Sales prices decreased 21.57% over last years figures in January, and the number of sales remained about the same. There were only 3 homes priced under $200,000 for sale. I was recently showing property in SunRiver and actually showed several lovely homes priced under $250k. Currently there are 34 homes listed for sale in SunRiver priced under $250k.
