55+ Communities in St George Utah | SunRiver Market Report June 2014 The Sun River St George housing market was steady during the month of June 2014. Available inventory rose slightly and prices continue to rise. You'll notice that sales prices rose 15% and there were only 11 homes priced under $200,000 for sale. There were 68 homes for sale in SunRiver June 2014. Check out the latest statistics below~
