SunRiver St.George has been involved in a unique program for new homeowners in an effort to support Intermountain Health Care's mission to bring world class health care to everyone served by the new Dixie Regional Medical Center. New SunRiver residents have the opportunity to donate $1000 to DRMC and in return SunRiver discounts their home purchase price $500. To date, over $235,000 has been donated to DRMC. SunRiver's initial goal was $250,000 which should be meet shortly. I personally have had clients participate in this program and am proud to be a part of this worthy cause. There are many reasons to enjoy living at SunRiver in St. George, and now there's one more. The City of St. George has continued it's trails system to extend to SunRiver. These trails are available to pedestrians, bikers, skaters - as long as they are courteous and follow the rules - and are another excellent way to stay active throughout your retirement. If you're one of the lucky ones that gets to live, learn and play at SunRiver in St. George, Utah...then you already know how wonderful their golf course is.
With its own lake, settled alongside a river, located in the desert...doesn't this sound like your own personal oasis? I know it does to me!
