first time home buyers: In the Heat of the day!

I just held my first seminar! Talk about Hot! The topic " Buying a home with $500 down" went over very well. We had more than 75 people who showed to listen to myself and my associate. The speakers Opened the Floor for Q&A. The first 3 questions all very good questions, dealing with credit scores and locating a home. The 4th question the gentleman stands up and starts in with "Carlton Sheets" and how he can purchase a home with NO CREDIT,NO MONEY, NOTHING. He starts ranting and raving.
