On the evening of July 4th, the sky on the west side of Aurora was once again ablaze with color. In 2008, for the second year in a row, the City of Aurora fireworks were held on the grounds of the Illinois Math and Science Academy near the corner of Sullivan and Edgelawn. I have to say, of all the firework displays I've seen, this is annually one of the best. aurora il: Rollingwood Colony Subdivision - Information and Analysis - 03/24/07 03:17 AM
I have just completed my feature page for the Aurora Subdivision known as the Rollingwood Colony Subdivision. aurora il: Kensington Lakes 2006 Market Trends - 02/20/07 01:57 PM
Kensington Lakes Subdivision features perhaps 125 homes on the west side of Randall Road just south of Indian Trail. In 2006, only 8 homes sold in the subdivision - down from 11 in 2005. Prices were up in 2006, with the lowest sales price realizing $269,900 and the highest $293,000. This is up from 2005 prices where the low price represents a bankruptcy sale at $217,500 and the high end was $273,000. This was a fairly significant increase in sales price ranges over 2006 - a year that saw prices of Aurora Real Estate in other parts of the city fall 5-10%. … (0 comments)

The budding town soon became a stagecoach stop on the road from Chicago to destinations west. In 1854 a town named Hartford started to grow on the west side of the Fox … (0 comments)
