I just completed my analysis of the first quarter results for the Indian Trail West Subdivision located on the west side of Aurora. This large-ish subdivision of single family homes built in the 1960's and 1970's is located on the SW corner of Indian Trail and Edgelawn. McCarty's Mill subdivision is located on the corner of Indian Trail and Randall Road. McCarty's Mill is located right next to Arrow Wood.
