aurora subdivisions: Cambridge Countryside - Townhomes on Aurora's North Side - 05/06/11 06:05 PM
Cambridge Countryside is the second subdivision in my three-part feature of Aurora far north-side subdivisions.
The Cambridge Countryside Subdivision is located in the same area as our last featured north-side subdivision, Butterfield. It is located between Eola and Kirk on Butterfield road and can be accessed VIA Du Page Parkway. The townhomes of Cambridge Countryside are fairly large as townhomes go and feature stylish exteriors with partial brick exteriors. Many of the models also include double-story living rooms and some even include full basements. One of the popular features of Cambridge Counrtyside Aurora is that the homes feed into IPSD … (0 comments)

Arrow Wood subdivision is located on the south side of Indian Trail just east of Randall Road on the West Side of Aurora. Arrow Wood is also connected to it's neighbor subdivision, McCarty's Mill (named after one of the first commercial structures built in Aurora).
In the first quarter of 2011, there were two properties that sold:

aurora subdivisions: Rollingwood Colony Subdivision - Information and Analysis - 03/24/07 03:17 AM
I have just completed my feature page for the Aurora Subdivision known as the Rollingwood Colony Subdivision. This small group of attached homes is found in western Aurora and features perhaps 28 townhome-style homes. Although many of these homes feel like townhomes with attached garages, multi-story living and vaulted ceilings, this is actually a condominium community which means it's perfect for owners who don't want the hastle of exterior maintenence (lawns, siding, etc). These newer homes were built between 2004 and 2005 and many feature brick exteriors, small porches and patios, nice landscaping as well as luxyry interior features such as vaulted … (0 comments)

aurora subdivisions: McCarty's Mill - Market Trends and Information - 02/22/07 01:25 PM
McCarty's Mill Subdivision is inexorably linked to Arrow Wood Subdivision by both common area (the two are connected on pretty much every street) and style of homes. Built in the late 1990's and early 2000's and somewhat larger than it's sister subdivision - McCarty's Mill features well-built homes that are slightly smaller than the neighboring Arrow Wood homes built by Pulte. Many of the homes in McCarty's Mill include fairly generous back yards and basements are almost standard. In 2006, a total of 6 homes sold in this subdivision, ranging on the low end from $220,000 for a 3BR 1.5BA home … (0 comments)
