This Summer Wind North Aurora market report covers property sales during all of 2011 as well as a look ahead to 2012. The past year was a mixed year for North Aurora real estate - inventory was high through much of the year and due to this, prices have continued to decline. This is still a foreclosure and short sale driven market and Summer Wind is no exception. Summer Wind North Aurora is a townhome communtiy located close to Randall Road on the west side of the village. These properties are townhome-style units but condo ownership and Summer Wind is a HUD approved community, so FHA loans are perfectly fine. Townhomes in Summer Wind include a number of floorplans of different sizes that can accomodate buyers looking for any combination of features. The community was built in the late 1990's and is one of the largest townhome/condo complexes in North Aurora. It remains popular with buyers due to the location and often reasonable prices.
