I recently represented a client purchasing a home. The home was in great shape when we viewed it and there was no bad odours. The Home inspection turned out great and at that time there was still no odour. When we did the final visit a week prior to close SURPRISE! the famliy cat moved back in and decided to re-mark her territory on every floor. The home smelled so bad and my clients were not happy. Recently I made the decision to purchase an HP Tablet computer and software from Paperless Solutions called Real Estate Dashboard. Now you have to understand that this is not an endorsement blog and I am not saying that this is the right solution for all agents.
