For a variety of factors I believe Encore at Grayhawk by Cachet Homes is the nicest condo/townhome community in North Scottsdale. The development and common area are very open and low dense. Most all developers crunch whatever they can into the smallest space these days. It should be one of the last residential developments in Grayhawk, has perfect freeway access, there are no other developers building townhouses on golf course property, especially with unobstructed city light views, and all in a prime Scottsdale location.
