Wow......what a pain. How many times do people come to you and ask you to cut your commission on a sale ? I have been told that I did not do as cheap a home inspection as another inspector here in town ( Greensboro NC), and as unpleasant as it is to be asked to sell yourself short in order to make a living, my honest reply from now on will be: Would a free inspection make you happy ?
