Ahhhh beep beep.... awwww toot toot! Ya'll know the song. I am about to toot my own horn. Today I settled on a house in Capitol Heights. Capitol Heights is not known for high priced properties, but I just sold this house for the highest price EVER in the Bradbury Heights section of Capitol Heights.... AGAIN! Yep. I sold this house before for 50K less - less than a year ago and was the highest sale THEN.
