If you are buying a home in Florida, you need an Exclusive Buyers Agent to represent ONLY you. Here are some facts:
If the Real Estate Office is a typical office that takes listings and has signs in sellers yards...that means they practice seller agency and now everyone in that office represents the seller on those properties...the more listings the office has, the less they can represent you. You have no one to look out for your best interests you or advise you and you are simply on you own. Why gamble with your hard earned money?
