If the Real Estate Home inspector sees a problem with the air conditioners who cares what the agent thinks? Big Orlando house, 4 air conditioning units all of them with a technical problem...plus mold in the units. Could it be that the units have mold because they do not run properly?...sounds possible to me. I don't care if the cost is more money than the seller expects! Orlando Buyers Agent always reads the small print in the new construction builders contract in addition to every word in the Builders Contract. The reason I read the builder's contracts is so that I can negotiate a better deal for my home buyer client...and also...I admit, I just want to be smarter.
