las cruces real estate information: 5 Tips on Keeping Your Las Cruces Home Clean - 05/23/12 08:50 AM

1. Baby steps is the secret. It takes as much time to make a mess as it does to clean it, so doing things immediately is the key to maintaining a clean house. You will be surprised how good it feels to finish a task from beginning to end. End, as in, the real … (2 comments)

las cruces real estate information: Great Ways to Add Color to Your Home - 05/20/12 02:55 AM
Easy Ways to Add Color to Your Home

Home offices are all about efficiency, so their colors should be anything but sleepy! Keep the energy level up with a combo of high-contrast hues like apple green, orange, and espresso. Multicolored file folders and a funky … (3 comments)

las cruces real estate information: Radon and You - 02/22/10 01:15 AM

In order to keep you informed about important events and information regarding the Las Cruces community (and beyond), we have decided that it is important to inform our readers about the dangers of Radon and how to protect yourself and your family from the harmful effects.
Simply put, radon is a radioactive gas that is naturally caused by the breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water that eventually gets into the air that we breathe. Like carbon monoxide, radon is colorless, odorless, and tasteless, and these reasons are the biggest contributing factors as to why it’s taken so long … (1 comments)

las cruces real estate information: Las Cruces: The Safest Place to Live - 01/28/10 08:34 AM

As I did my weekly peruse of real estate blogs around the nation, I came across one   story that really caught my eye. RealtyInIdaho.com recently asked the question, Where are the safest places to live in the United States? The data they used to generate the results came from Bert Sperling, a database expert with BestPlaces.net, which analyzes things like crime rate, unemployment, terrorism threats, extreme weather conditions, and environmental hazards.
Among mid-size cities, which do you think came in at number one? Our great city of Las Cruces.

I found it very interesting that Sperling … (1 comments)
