If you’re from around the area, I’m sure you’ve started noticing the clouds that start rolling in late afternoon giving us a break from the heat for a bit. Well, we decided to use this cooling effect to our advantage and head to White Sands for the Full Moon program. Even though the moon doesn’t peak out till a little later in the evening, we wanted to get there early enough to eat a picnic, roll down the dunes (the grandkids, not me), and then relax a bit and watch the full moon rise.
