THIS IS A TEST, THIS IS ONLY A TEST
FEMA has scheduled a Nationwide Emergency Test of the Emergency Alert System. That means every town or city in the USA will test the system at the same time on November 9 at 2:00 pm EST. The test will last approximately 30 seconds.
FEMA will be joining forces with the Federal Communications Commission(FCC) and the national Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA), The plan is to test the current system with the goal of making the system more effective.
