property info request: What do you do when e-mails requesting info on property don't get answered?

Hello! I've been getting quite a few e-mails requesting info on properties and I send them the info and never get a response! How do you handle this situation? I then e-mail them again asking if they got the info I sent them and still don't get an answer. Just wondering if this is normal for this business or if there are just alot of inconsiderate people out there! I know everyone else out there is getting my e-mails.
