I had a conversation with my friend (who may considering selling/short sale); he asked, "Are homes moving at all?" And I said, "YES." Here is what I saw on the Itech MLS search: Altadena in month of September 2008 31 New listings 30 Closed sales Pasadena in the month of September 2008 136 New listings 92 Closed sales So I say yes.
