amway grand plaza hotel: Great Dining in Grand Rapids, one man's opinion- Part 1

Grand Rapids has an amazing (and growing) variety of restaurants. From places that have the best bar burger imaginable, to the AAA Five Diamond Award winning Cygnus at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel and everything in between. Because I've watch the transformation of dining options grow from a very basic meat and potatoes town (in the ‘80's) to a very diverse group of outstanding restaurants today, and because in my life before real estate, I spent 20-years in the restaurant business, I thought over the days and weeks to come, I'd post my observations of some of my favorites.
