Inventories are at record lows! I have been full time in the real estate market in Sacramento since 2003 and this is the toughest market yet. Right now Inventories are low and that is forcing home prices to rise. First time home buyers are slowly getting pushed out of the market. A search this morning shows only 54 single family homes for sale in all of Citrus Heights and only 12 under $200,000 that is why we need your home yesterday!
