I am working with a buyer on a property out of state. They were supposed to close on the 5th and it is now the 14th and we just received loan documents yesterday. Lightning in the Sacramento area happens only a few times a year, maybe. I think there have been only a few times in my whole life that I can remember a bad thunder storm. We just don't experience extreme weather here. Well, Monday we had a few strikes, nothing much at all though. My son and puppy were scared to death. Actually, my son said he wasn't afraid of the lightning but the thunder. I told him that the thunder couldn't hurt him but the lightning could.
