networking: My First Blog Post on Activerain

I have been on the Activerain platform for a while and have never tried to post a blog other than my Daytona Beach | Ormond Beach listings for sale. As I read through the articles it's clear, this network is more than just real estate listings. It's more along the lines of friendships, training and people. My first non-listing blog post on Activerain, am I still a newbie? I feel I have missed out but I realized it's never too late to start building relationships, learn new things and share valuable real estate knowledge with one another.
