Anyone in the country who has at least a passive interest in real estate has heard Nashville Tennessee is a hot market. If we color coded a map, a white hot blue flame would emanate from the 12th South area down into SOBRO. If you’re not familiar with this hip trendy area let me say it’s everything you could imagine or have read about. It’s close to everything with quaint shop’s and really cool and unique restaurants and bars. Now that is a great thing for those who bought property there in 2008 to 2011.
