In the title insurance arena, where I am a partner at Family Abstract, we don’t really deal with the people as much as the scraps and issues the people leave behind. In our opinion, we have an easier job than a Realtor, as we have no face to face conflict to contend with. In real estate, are we ever really sure about the buyers or sellers we are working with.
