Phillip Viapond had his Grand Opening for his new location at 2840 Business Loop 181 N in Floresville on Friday, August 26, 2011. His Builders Flooring Design Gallery moved locations and was joined by the other tenants in the 181 Business Center building to celebrate his new location.
