Yesterday I headed to Beacon Hill Park in Victoria to Introduce my 6 month old Puppy Mr. Boo to the Park.
The Flowers the City of Victoria Parks Dept plants there are over the top, some rare and hard to grow ones and maybe the last good day to see them before the Fall Rains....which started today....Ha!
I noticed a clearing under a pine tree with a clear view of the tree trunk, which has had the lower branches removed ....as looked closer I could see several Faces in the tree trunk and I Snapped this photo.

Wow....750 Plus street rods and custom cars were in Victoria BC July 29, 2007 on display in front of the Empress Hotel and BC Parliament Building.
All came for the 75th Anniversary of the 1932 Ford, Best known as a the "Deuce" Featuring the 1932 Ford as the main attraction, hosted by Deuces NW street rods builder Mr. Al Clark.
Mr. Vic Edelbrockwas the guest of honor, Mr. Edelbrock signed posters and gave them and hats away to anyone that wanted one...Free.

Early Ford V8 Show and Shine Car Show Saanich BC
Fun was had by all, and even with rain threatening, there was a good showing of cars at the 27th Anniversary Show and Shine hosted by Early Ford V-8 Club of Victoria BC.
Next week is NorthWest Deuce day, July 27th 2007, with over 750 Cars coming to Victoria for this Classic Show in front of the BC Government Parliament Building on the Victoria Inner Harbour
