At a recent Floyd Wickman S.M.A.R.T. training class our instructor Steven Posente suggested we watch "It's A Wonderfull Life" He and his family had watched this classic the previous weekend. For sure it certainly is a classic and makes a great point about having the right attitude about money and friends. Starring Jimmy Stewart as George Baily. Thousands of Victoria residents turned out to watch the Annual Christmas Lighted Truck Parade. People were asked to bring a donation of food for the local food banks. The Parade Started at Victoria's Ogden Point waterfront on Dallas road and weaved throughout the city to finally end up at the Western Speedway Race Track,. After a good morning taking Fall Photos around my Home,and writting a Blog on Active Rain about the Fall Colours Jane & I along with Our Dog "Winston" headed off this Fall Sunny day to Our Favorite Park. Beacon Hill Park for some photo time there too, Still Some Flowers out, Evidence of Fall Clean Up, and Winter Pansies in some of the Flower Beds, People every where Feeding Duck, Enjoying the sun, and the Kids were enjoying their play ground. On The Labour Day Weekend we went to the 141 st Annual Saanich Fair, it is Western Canada's Oldest Continuous Agricultural Fair. The Local News Paper indiacted there would be 60,000 people in attendance over the three day weekend. it was held at the Saanich Fairground, I'm sure they were right.
