Merrimack New Hampshire Homes Sold in the First Quarter of 2010 The Merrimack, NH real estate activity increased sharply in 2010 as compared to 2009. Homes sold increased from 31 to 42 with the average days on market improving from 149 to 97 days. The average sales price increased from $242,908 to $261,117. The Merrimack single family home market may have hit bottom in 2009 if this trend continues.
