 The Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® (LCAR) recently released market data for Lancaster County real estate through October 2013.  The 418 homes sold in October comprised a 6.6% increase over the 372 units sold in October 2012.  There was an increase in the average sale price as well, up 1.2% to $189,730 from last October’s $187,567.

A market report for Lancaster County, PA has been recently released by LCAR, the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS®.  LCAR represents some 1,300 members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.
In the third quarter of 2013 there were 1, 432 sales, up 8.2% from 1,323 sold in the third quarter of 2012.  The average sale price for September was $187,946, down 0.9% from September 2012’s average of $189,654.  The third quarter median sale price – for which half the homes sold below and half sold above … (7 comments)

The Lancaster County Association of Realtors® (LCAR) has released the latest home sales figures for Lancaster County, PA.  501 homes sold in August 2013, a 1.4% increase over the 494 homes sold in August 2012.
 The average sale price was $191,047, up 3.5% from $184,607 last August.  The median sale price (i.e. half sold above, half sold below) was $169,900.  Although this figure is down from $171,900 the previous year, it is partly because higher priced homes have had stronger sales, bringing the average price up, but not the median.

The Lancaster County Association of REALTORS (LCAR) has released their latest market report.  The most recent figures are for March and the first quarter of 2013.  There were 929 sales in the first quarter, up 6.1% from the 876 units sold in the first quarter of 2012.
 
The average sale price for a Lancaster County home in March was $172,493, an increase of 2.3% over the March 2012 price of $168,628.  For the first quarter of 2013, the average sale price was $176,263, up 3.2% from March the previous year.

LANCASTER—According to a report released by the Lancaster County Association of Realtors® (LCAR), the 309 homes sold in November is a 1.9 percent decrease from the November 2010 mark of 315. For January through November of 2011, there have been 3,600 sales, a 4.6 percent decrease from 3,773 units during the same period in 2010.

The Lancaster County Association of REALTORS®  (LCAR) has released a report showing that 345 homes settled in July 2011, a 21.1% increase over the 285 homes sold in July 2010.  While an increase like this is encouraging, it masks the distortion of the Federal tax credit program last year.

LANCASTER, PA -According to a report released April 18 by the Lancaster County Association of Realtors® (LCAR), the 731 homes sold in the first quarter of 2011 is a 3.7 percent decrease from the first quarter 2010 mark of 759. This year there were 214 sales in January, 234 in February and 283 in March; this compares to 207 in January of 2010, 205 in February and 347 in March.
