arizona: Healthy Arizona Real Estate Market?

The numbers are in for October and the Arizona's statistics look very promising. Since January almost all of the cities have shown a significant increase in sales, decrease in inventory and a steady or decrease the number of new listings. For years we have been looking for numbers like these to indicate an improvement in the real estate market, yet all we hear about is how bad our economy and real estate market is doing.
