Now that the real estate market has theoretically bottomed out - or at least we hope - the flippers are back in town. If you missed the last flipping market, here's what it is all about. "Flipping" is a term that means buying a house and selling it for immediate profit. When the market was going gangbusters, flipping was easy. You could buy a trashed piece of property, hold it for a month, and sell it for a quick 5-figure profit. So the housing market sucks, and the overall economy is in a whirlwind. However, I come with good news! Lakewood seems to be holding strong! Why? Because it is an amazing area to live in. People are always going to need a roof over their head, and in every big city there are always the pockets of premier real estate. Well Lakewood is one of them! Preston Hollow real estate is basically one of the most premier places to live in all of Dallas, and probably for all of Texas for that matter.
