So I was at a listing appointment yesterday and I things went good. The house that we were in that the lady wanted me to sell for her was a great house, with good bones and updated very nicely. However, I was giving her a listing discount of $1500 + 3% for buyers agent. It was a really nice home among the garland homes for sale. This was ok with me, even though I dont normally do it under normal circumstances. However, she asked me if I bid on HUD homes, which I do. So I told her yes I do. … (0 comments)
