Seabridge Marina and Marketplace The transformation is outstanding...really something that has to be seen. Seabridge is located about 60 miles North of Los Angeles, halfway between Malibu and Santa Barbara on the beautiful California Gold Coast. The Seabridge Marina is an extension of the Channel Islands Harbor with the gorgeious Channel Islands located just off our coastline. The Channel Islands is a group of islands which were once the home of the Chumash Indians and are now a National Park. Great place to visit. This new area of Mandalay Bay at Channel Islands is growing by leaps and bounds. Coral Island, which is a new island created for a gated community with condos and single family homes is just about completed. The clubhouse, which houses the fitness center as well is about to be opened. Most homes are sold and the developer (D.R. Horton) is about to release the condos for sale. Prices for the marina view condos range from approx. $800,000 - $1,000,000. There are still some condos available just off the island. Those prices range from approximately $600,000 to $900,000.
