first time homebuyers: Helen Ga Real Estate "Don't Wait too Late"

Helen and northeast georgia are beautiful areas to visit now. Yes, the leaves are changing, and we are getting rain, rain, rain, but wait......this weekend is supposed to be beautiful..come to Helen! Don't wait too late. Also, the time limit for the first time homebuyer tax credit is fast approaching. Although it is just October, the mortgage companies are asking for 45 days from taking credit applications (with all documentation) to close and then, guess what??? They are asking for more time. And they are sometimes asking for as much as 30 percent down from GOOD credit score holders. Yes, folks, … (5 comments)
